Beer Registration (Bottle / Can beers)
Brewery and Beer Eligibility:
The Brewery must be fully licensed for the manufacture and commercial sales of beers. Breweries in planning and home brewers are not eligible to register. Beer registered in the IBC must be brewed and commercially available in the world.
Registration is available online from 24th of June, 2019.

The cost to participate in the competition is 18,000 JPY per one entry.
*Payment deadline: 13th of September, 2019.
[Notice]
Number of entries per brewery: Not limited
Number of samples per 1 entry:
8 bottles/cans per 1 entry for "93.American-Style India Pale Ale".
6 bottles/cans per 1 entry for all other beer styles.
Judging samples must be arrived at the CBA's refrigerated warehouse in Tokyo between 18th and 25th of September, 2019 except Judge's hand-carry on 3rd of October.

1.CBA-DHL Service:
DHL Express - JAPAN is the preferred customs and international freight forwarder of the International Beer Cup. CBA-DHL Service is packaged service for the IBC including all of transportation costs and import costs/duties which save your time and money.
Payment method should be made to the CBA together with beer registration fees.
You will receive the details with special account number for CBA-DHL Service after the registration.
Shipping cost is shown below per 1 entry (including all of import costs/duties)(6 or 8 bottles/cans per 1 entry are required).
* Note: CBA-DHL service is not allowed USA and China, please choose "2. By our arrangements".
* Note: CBA-DHL service is not allowed Keg Beers, please choose "2. By our arrangements".
-Shipping cost is 18,000 JPY per 1 entry as Area 1 (South Korea and Taiwan)
-Shipping cost is 22,000 JPY per 1 entry as Area 2 (Asia except South Korea and Taiwan)
-Shipping cost is 26,000 JPY per 1 entry as Area 3 (Oceania and India)
-Shipping cost is 35,000 JPY per 1 entry as Area 4 (EU Countries)
-Shipping cost is 45,000 JPY per 1 entry as Area 5 (Other area except above)
2.By my arrangements
* You shall make your own transportation arrangements to CBA's refrigerated warehouse.
* You should understand you need to pay local Japan importation tax as well as transportation fees.
* If you are BA EDP members, please select this option and follow the instruction provided by BA.
3.By my hand carry (only for IBC judges)
* You will bring yourself on 3rd of October if you will be a judge at IBC2019.
Beer Registration (Keg beers)
Brewery and Beer Eligibility:
The Brewery must be fully licensed for the manufacture and commercial sales of beers. Breweries in planning and home brewers are not eligible to register. Beer registered in the IBC must be brewed and commercially available in the world.
Registration is available online from 24th of June, 2019.

[Fees]
The cost to participate in the competition is 20,000 JPY per one keg entry.
*Payment deadline: 13th of September, 2019.
[Notice]
Number of entries per brewery: Not limited
Mimimum amount of beers per 1 entry(1 keg) for the completion: 2 liters per 1 entry(1 keg).
Judging samples must be arrived at the CBA's refrigerated warehouse in Tokyo between 18th and 25th of September, 2019 except Judge's hand-carry on 3rd of October.
* Note: You have to send a coupler to dispense your beer if the coupler of your keg is not the "S type ", "G type" or "Key Keg"
* Note: If you wish to return the kegs, you will have to arrange transportation by yourself. Otherwise the kegs will not be returned.
[Shipping]
To ship registered beers (Kegs), CBA offers 2 options as below.
