122. Other Beer-Flavored Alcohol Beverage

Other Beer-Flavored Alcohol Beverages accept any color. These beers are made by blending liquor/spirits with the Tax-Saving Happoushu. In addition, alcoholic beverages made with unmalted grains and/or cereal proteins, and flavored/bittered with hops, are categorized in this style. Beers being not applicable to any style in this guideline may also be included in this style as far as they have been flavored and bittered with hops. At evaluating for this style, overall balance and conditions are important subjects.
To allow for accurate judging the brewer must provide additional information about the entry including brewer's intention about overall characters, ingredients and how processed. Beer entries not accompanied by this information will be at a disadvantage during judging.

122. その他のビール風味アルコール飲料

　その他のビール風味アルコール飲料の色合いについては規定がない。このスタイルには、発泡酒にスピリッツを加えた酒類、非発芽穀類または穀物たんぱく質を主原料とした酒類、あるいはこのガイドラインのいずれにも該当しない酒類が含まれる。ただし、いずれの場合もホップでアロマとフレーバーおよび苦味をつけているものに限る。このスタイルの審査においては、全体のバランスと状態が重要な評価項目となる。
　このスタイルに出品するビールは、ブルワーが意図したフレーバーの特徴、および原料名と使用法を明示することが求められる。これらについての情報が添付されていないビールは、審査の際に不利となる場合がある。
